Why useful blog post ?
Useful blogpost will bring more traffic and regular readers to your blog. Regular Readers will bring more traffic and help you make money by blogging.

Writing article for your blog is a challenging task. One should never write and publish article for the sake of it. The article must be relevant and related to the blog, it should be required. Here are few tips I have thought of which might answer how to write useful article for blog?

1. Headline. Choose a headline that generates curiosity in a reader’s mind. Remember, Headline is what a reader look first, if he finds it useful, then surely he would read few lines of the post.

2. Choose a topic which is contemporary, write in simple English ( in case you are using English in your blog). Avoid difficult words. Give link to any difficult or bombastic word.

3. Write as if you are talking to a person. Reader will be feeling he is being spoken to, while reading your post. So, be nice, polite so that reader feels good while reading it.

4. Try to write short and to the point. Long articles are not necessarily good articles. 10 lines posts are better that 200 lines posts.

5. Use pictures relevant to the topic. If you write any tip or tricks, you must put give screen shots.

“Stupid housewife” is a term used by many of us nowadays. In today’s competitive age taking your career to the acme and earning loads of money is considered the most important aspect of life. And, why not? If boys can have a identity of their own, girls also should make their mark in their career front and make their own identity. It’s really great to see girls making their mark in every field, starting from entrepreneurship to the fashion world, glamour to medicine, technology to politics and so on and so forth. But what surprises me is that , in spite of  such capabilities , many people use the term “stupid housewife” for those women who sacrifice their career for the sake of their family. Does it mean, you are stupid if you take care of your own kids instead of hiring a babysitter? Or does it mean you are stupid if you cook for your family instead of hiring a cook? Does it also mean you are good for nothing if you spend time running after your own kid and giving him/her good guidance and quality time instead of commuting to office and working on files? These are some questions for which every housewife seeks answer? Who in this world does not want to be independent? I guess no one. But sometimes circumstances are such that you have to choose either of the two, your career or your family. So are those women stupid, who select their family instead of their career? Folks, tell me one thing, will a babysitter make your baby eat as lovingly as a mother would? Will the baby get as much affection and care from a babysitter rather than his or her own mother? So how come housewives are stupid. They are much wiser because they don’t let their family suffer because of their career aspirations. So folks, please post your views and comments on this issue.

Hi Folks,

Marriage as we all know is a very important part of our life and requires quality thinking before we tie the knot. Would like to poll the opinion from the community about which form of marriage is the best. 

I vote for love marriage.

All living being from animal to insects knows how to find their mate naturally. Why do we human being need a selection process aided by family members and parents to find our mate instead of finding one with our own instinct ? Specially for the people from the Indian sub continent arranged marriage is preferred form. But why ? Did our parents understood what marriage is ? If they did, why do they want to find our mate instead of leaving that job for us to do ? Or is it the money/wealth they consider that a good alliance might bring in to table ? ( This is true for some northern and south indian state??) Or parents are too worried about our future and well being so that they want to have us a partner with whom life will be smooth sailing and secured future ? Please pour in your thoughts !! Stocks fall today as the investors step back from the two months rally. Specially the banking sector surged manyfold in last few weeks. All major banks recovered from it's low in March. Bank of America touched as low as $3 in March and it tested high $15 last week. Stocks have been rallying since hitting multi-year lows in early March. The Dow and S&P 500 have risen for eight of the past nine weeks; the Nasdaq has risen for 9 in a row. In that time the Dow gained 31% and the S&P 500 and Nasdaq gained 37%

After such a big run, it is expected that the market going to be in a consolidation phase for the next couple of months. In my opinion it's better be out of banking sector in short term. All the good news are already priced in and it would be hard to find more good news in near term.

Last week, the government revealed that 10 of the 19 banks that had been part of the stress tests would need to raise a capital. Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley, 3 of the 10 banks needing capital. Some banks already started the process for acquiring capital and others expressed their confidence on the capital raise plan.

Most probably, not many people are aware about Kiwi Fruit its availability in Arunachal Pradesh. Yes, Kiwi fruit sound Foreign and it is mainly cultivated in New Zealand as many of you might have guessed, correctly.

 But recently people like us have started growing Kiwi fruit in Arunachal Pradesh for last 15 years and finally people are making money now. :) 

Here are few facts about Kiwi :

Kiwifruits owe their name to a bird, native of New Zealand, named "kiwi", and actually in many regions of Europe, North America and South America, kiwi fruits are generally referred to as "kiwi".

 This fruit consists of a hairy, brown peel containing green flesh, with white pulp in the center, surrounded by black, edible seeds. The fruit has a sweet taste, similar to a mixture of banana, pineapple and strawberry. Kiwi fruits are native to China, where they were called "macaque peach".

Nutrition-wise, kiwi fruits contain about as much potassium as bananas, and also contain 1.5 times the DRI for Vitamin C. It is also rich in Vitamins A and E, and its black seeds can be crushed to produce kiwi fruit oil, which is very rich in Alfa-Linoleic Acid (an important Omega-3 essential fatty acid).

 Studies have proven that kiwifruits are useful in improving conditions of asthmatic children, and in decreasing the probability of colon cancer by providing a good amount of dietary fiber. Please be aware that kiwifruits can be allergic to some individuals, since they contain the protein-dissolving enzyme "actinidin". The most common symptoms include itching of the mouth, lips and palate, but can range to a more severe level such as wheezing or collapsing

Lots of questions coming to my mind and really getting disturbed. Who are the people behind the blast? What do they want? What will they achieve killing the innocent people? 

These days bomb blast in Assam is as usual as reading newspaper in the morning. People got used it to, if not then what? Is there any solution? If things are going to be this way, what can we plan for our future generation? We can't even promise them a peaceful environment to grow. This seems to be a burning problem and will be more severe in coming days.

I am surprised when I saw the news that Chief Minister of Assam acknowledging that there was lapse in intelligence as well as security. This is the same statement I read last time too. He is just simply playing a voice recorder, is that enough? Is Government responsibility only just releasing a public statement after the accident? Is the security system paralyzed and they can't do anything about it?

Hope some day we will get the answers, and hopefully soon. Otherwise, none of us has the rights to welcome our future.

Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) is the way to go for the current market scenario. Current market is too much volatile, and still looking for a direction. In short term it's going to be like that. For small investor, whether you inverst in mutual fund or stocks, better be planned for each month. That way you will not miss the oprtunity if there is a rally. At the same time you will not get affected much even if there will be dip for another 15-20%. At the same time you will get tax benefits for the long term gain.

 Gold is already at it's pick. SO better not to enter at this range. Definitely there will be a down turn for GOLD when stock market will show some confidence of recovery.

 You type in chat rooms, you type in your emails, you type to reply messages to your inbox in facebook, orkut, even in myassam.net! 

 Blogging is also just like typing in any of those text editors! It has one more advantage above those, that is, if you blog, you may get more readers than an email reader! now it depends what kind of content you write and if you want them to read by others! Imagine, you write about your true feelings for your boss, and your boss reads that! And than you never thought your boss would read that! You get either a promotion or a pink slip depending on the content! So content is very important!

 Heard about SEO ? Google AdSense etc etc ? Yes, they exist, really, and you actually can earn money by blogging! Try searching "Making Money Online" in Google o Yahoo, you will see millions results!

Zubeen Garg is a household name in every Assamese home. His contribution to music is immense. He has brought Assamese music to great heights. He has made his mark not only in Assam but also all over India .  Among his innumerable fans , I count myself as one. His voice and his songs made me an ardent admirer of this “Ya Ali” fame. I consider myself fortunate for having witnessed a stage show of his when I was a student of standard 6. After that, till date I have never been able to make it to any if his live stage performances. Whenever I tell my woe of not being able to see not many stage shows of Zubeen  , all I got was snobbish and empty replies of people claiming to know him personally , meeting him in some pan shop of jorhat , or even attending his siblings wedding parties , and blah blah. But , till date not a single person has been able to make a rendezvous of mine with this genius of music.  As it is ,luck is an important factor in every sphere , maybe my luck will favour me sometime and I will get to meet Zubeen some day. What I like about his songs is that they are a blending of incidents taken from day to day life. For example ,the song “ Diya ghurai Diya” is a heart touching song , requesting all antisocial elements to return the happy world to us. “Mayabini raatir bukut” is a romantic song pertaining to any lover who is expressing his beloved what she means to him. “Kaar Parash” is another touching song . In the song “paakhi loga mone” from the album “ringa ringa mon” , the inclusion of  “eitu nu kar dol” and rojai hokum dise edim sedim bye” shows his closeness with the asomiya culture. My list of favourite Zubeen songs is endless. I wrote this blog to give vent to my feelings about the marvel Zubeen. If any of the readers feel , you can really arrange a rendevouz with zubeen (keep in mind , it should not be a myth J ) , do let me know.

The economic out look still gloomy. Looks like the worst is yet come. Federal reserve chairman Mr Bernanke stated in his testimony before the senate banking committee today that the recovery will take more than a year. “If actions taken by the administration, the Congress and the Federal Reserve are successful in restoring some measure of financial stability — and only if that is the case, in my view — there is a reasonable prospect that the current recession will end in 2009 and that 2010 will be a year of recovery,” Mr. Bernanke said.

Now everyone is eying on the stimulus plan and the TARP plan. If these measures will not show any positive results in short term, what would happen next? What would be the impact in developing economy like India? What about our job future?
